Execution peace of mind for the lower middle market
The lower middle market is underserved by intermediaries. Ladrigan directly engages capital providers, so your team doesn’t have to – whether you’re a lean private equity group, investment firm, or multi-generational, founder led business.
Our Services
Ladrigan is a time saver and executes efficiently. We have deep experience on both sides of the recapitalization table with a crisp product and delivery.
It is a personally curated process with thoughtful discussions, to separate the contenders from the pretenders, whether a traditional or unique recapitalization solution is desired.
We present our lower middle market product in two primary ways:
Support the PEG, sponsor backed debt recapitalization process across portfolio companies, time-sensitive add-ons, or acquisition platforms under LOI
Facilitate exit or first institutional dollars in the door for multi-generational, founder led, historically profitable businesses
We do not overcharge for mediocre execution
Traditional middle market capital advisors deliver subpar process management. We offer an institutional quality product at a great price point.

About Us
Working across the financial sector for over twenty years, Tom spent much of his time working as a commercial banking/leveraged finance underwriter. He experienced the lack of engagement appetite for the lower middle market and identified the space as underserved by intermediaries – with the belief that the majority of the lower middle market participants should have a path to broader capital markets.
Tom launched Ladrigan Management to disrupt the lower middle market capital advisory space and utilize his fundamental training to arrange capital for folks that run lean and would much rather be doing something else.
Born and raised in Bergen County, NJ, Tom lives in Glen Rock, NJ with his wife Anna and two boys, Thomas and Henry. He enjoys his role as a chauffeur to his young boys and their various commitments, trips to the Jersey Shore, the New York Football Giants, eating his daily bagel at the best bagel store in the tri state area George’s Hot Bagels and domestic and international travel. Favorite trips: organized a whirlwind World War 1 battlefield tour with three of his childhood friends, parked on the infield at Talladega Superspeedway despite being a NASCAR newbie, drove across the USA with Anna stopping at quirky restaurants seen on food TV shows.
